Our Logo
- The logo has Mount Fuji and its reflection in the form of a triangle called “Sakasa Fuji” and the logo shows red sun which is also the center of Japanese flag rising above Mount Fuji.
- In the management studies Mount Fuji is given as an example saying like Mount Fuji amongst mountains, you must be unique in your organization and also like Mount Fuji, with in the organization people should work with out drawing mental boundaries around them like Mount Fuji, whose boundaries can not be well defined.
- Also seeing the sun rise above Mount Fuji is a symbol of good luck. Since Fuji is notoriously shy and is wreathed in clouds most of the time, it is entirely possible to drive around the mountain and never see it. So we wish to bring to luck to all those who see our symbol and to us.
- The inverted image of Mt. Fuji reflected on the lake surface is indeed beautiful and is admired by the Japanese who call it 'Sakasa Fuji' ('Inverted Mt. Fuji'). The Sakasa Fuji adds a lot more beauty to Mount Fuji viewing and our own reflection of our thinking into our action will add more value to our functioning in Life.
- Also bigger Japanese companies have Hansei "Reflection" as one of its management principles hansei means loosely "reflection" or lessons learned. "Please do the hansei." (Reflect on the lessons learnt from mistakes)
- Feel sorry.
- Create a plan to solve the problem.
- Sincerely believe you will not make this mistake again.
Without Hansei, it is impossible to have kaizen. (Continuous Improvement)
- Finally the red sun also indicates that we have been working with and only with Japan and Japanese customers. The name Nihon confirms the same.
